About the Program
This is a 12 week program, where the instructor will be exploring / teaching Vinyasa Flow Yoga. This is a style of yoga where postures are strung together using the breath. Participants can expect to build strength, stability, and flexibility. Keep in mind that mindfully moving the body can reduce levels of stress, improve sleep and increase ones overall level of happiness!
Classes run Tuesday evenings at 8:30pm, beginning October 1.
About the Instructor
We have a new instructor. Melany James is the owner of Soul Strength Yoga & Fitness Inc. She has 18 years of experience personal training and teaching fitness and yoga.
$85 for Community League Members
$95 for non Community League Members
Drop-ins are $20 (need a minimum of 10 people for the class to run)
